How long will it take to get my order?
It takes 2-4 day to process your order. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can I get my product personalized?
Most linen napkins can be personalized at an additional charge, please email us at [email protected] so we can better assist you.
How do I care for my woven items?
Since our products are made from natural fiber, we recommend using a damp cloth or toothbrush to clean. avoid direct contact with water.
Can I return my product?
We always want to make sure our customers love their new products, but if you do need to return an order, we are happy to help. Just email us directly at [email protected] and we will take you through the process. All damaged/faulty or missing items will need to be reported to our team within 7 days from the delivery date.
Items must be in unused condition. Personalized and sale items are final sale.
How can I care for my items?
We enclose care instructions in every package.
For linens and tablecloth we recommend a cold wash or dry cleaning. hang to dry and iron as needed.
How do I care for my natural bamboo cutlery?
Our bamboo cutlery must be washed by hand.
