Exchange & Return Policy

We always want to make sure our customers love their new products, but if you do need to return an order, we are happy to help.

If you’d like to exchange or return a product, please email us directly at [email protected] and we will take you through the process.

The company assumes no responsibility for any damages, defects, or breakages occurring to items once they have been purchased in-store and removed from the premises by the customer.

Items delivered via a delivery service, the customer must notify the company within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of delivery if any items are damaged or defective. Failure to provide such notification within the specified timeframe releases the company from any liability or obligation to return or exchange the damaged or defective items.

Exchanging an item is possible physically at our showroom only!

Items must be in unused condition.  Personalized items are final sale.

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Below is our exchange and return policy:


Online Purchases

  1. Exchanges and Returns

    • Items can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receiving the package.
    • A full refund can be issued within 14 days from the date of receiving the package, provided the item is in perfect condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
  2. How to Return an Item

    • The item must be packed in its original box exactly as it was delivered.
    • Returns can only be made at the physical store.
    • In exceptional cases, you may contact customer service to arrange a return via courier at a cost of 35 NIS, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

In-Store Purchases

  1. Refunds

    • A full refund can be issued within 48 hours from the time of purchase.
    • After 48 hours and up to 5 days from the time of purchase: A refund will be issued with a deduction of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).
  2. Exchanges and Store Credit

    • Items can be exchanged within 14 days from the time of purchase.
    • After 5 days, an exchange will still be possible, but only for store credit.

Additional Information

  • Invoice or Order Number: To receive a refund or exchange, the order number or invoice from the original purchase must be presented.

Pre-Order Purchases

  • Order Cancellation: Pre-Order purchases cannot be canceled.
  • Returns and Exchanges: Pre-Order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Payment: Full payment for Pre-Order items is required at the time of purchase.

    • Sunday–Thursday: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
  • For inquiries, additional information, or to cancel an order, please contact customer service immediately upon receiving the package.

Policy Updates
